Revelata deepKPI MCP Terms of Service

Effective date: September 28, 2026 Last updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms apply specifically to the Revelata deepKPI MCP and supplement any agreement governing your existing Revelata account. If those terms conflict with these Terms concerning use of the deepKPI MCP, these Terms control for the deepKPI MCP.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the Revelata deepKPI Model Context Protocol service (the “deepKPI MCP”) operated by Revelata, Inc. (“Revelata,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The deepKPI MCP is available at https://deepkpi-chatgpt-mcp.revelata.com/mcp and may be used through ChatGPT, Codex, or another compatible OpenAI client (each an “OpenAI Client”).

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By connecting to or using the deepKPI MCP, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian and only as permitted by applicable law and the policies governing your Revelata and OpenAI accounts. The deepKPI MCP is not directed to children under 13.

2. The service

The deepKPI MCP provides read-only research tools for existing Revelata account holders. It can retrieve financial and operating key performance indicators, public-company descriptions and segments, and public SEC filing information. It does not edit SEC filings, company records, or user working data.

The service may use automated systems to identify, retrieve, rank, summarize, or format relevant information. Results may include links to public filings or Revelata provenance pages.

3. Authorized AI-client access

You authorize an OpenAI Client to send task-specific tool arguments to the deepKPI MCP and to receive results for presentation in your conversation. Revelata expressly permits authorized automated access through the documented MCP and OAuth interfaces by compatible OpenAI Clients acting at your request.

This permission does not authorize scraping, credential sharing, bypassing access controls, avoiding usage limits, reverse engineering, or accessing undocumented systems. You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools except through interfaces that Revelata makes available or expressly authorizes.

OpenAI operates the OpenAI Client independently. Your use of an OpenAI Client is also governed by the terms and policies applicable to your OpenAI account. Revelata is not responsible for OpenAI’s independent processing, availability, or model-generated content.

4. Accounts, authentication, and security

You must use a valid Revelata account and complete the authorized OAuth connection flow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, one-time codes, payment-card data, government identifiers, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information in a tool request. Notify Revelata promptly if you believe your account or MCP connection has been compromised, and disconnect the integration when appropriate.

We may suspend or revoke a connection when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address fraud, abuse, security risks, or service disruption.

5. Existing subscriptions, entitlements, and credits

The deepKPI MCP allows users to access features already included in an existing Revelata account. Some successful tool calls may deduct deepKPI credits or otherwise consume an existing account entitlement, as described in the product or account materials applicable to that account.

The deepKPI MCP does not offer checkout, initiate a new subscription, sell digital products or credits, or promote an upgrade within an OpenAI Client. If a feature is unavailable because of an account plan, entitlement, or credit balance, the service may explain that limitation. Any separate acquisition of Revelata services occurs outside the plugin and is governed by the applicable account and purchasing terms.

6. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms, Revelata grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the deepKPI MCP for lawful research and internal business or personal purposes.

You may not:

7. Research use; no investment advice or trade execution

The deepKPI MCP is an informational research service. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice; act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or exchange; recommend that a particular person buy or sell a security; initiate money or crypto transfers; or place or execute investment trades.

Financial data, filing text, summaries, rankings, calculations, and model-generated explanations may contain errors, omissions, delays, or differences in interpretation. You are responsible for reviewing source materials, evaluating suitability for your purpose, and obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate. Past performance and historical operating data do not guarantee future results.

8. Public information and third-party content

The service retrieves and organizes information from SEC filings and other public-company materials. Public-source content remains subject to the rights, notices, and limitations applicable to that content. Links to third-party sources are provided for convenience and provenance; Revelata does not control those sites or guarantee their continued availability.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use, reproduction, and distribution of retrieved information complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

9. Revelata intellectual property

Revelata and its licensors retain all rights in the deepKPI MCP, including its software, databases, indexing, taxonomy, search systems, organization, branding, and documentation. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by Revelata without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

10. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of information processed through the deepKPI MCP are described in the Revelata deepKPI MCP Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Service availability and changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the deepKPI MCP. We may impose reasonable usage, rate, or technical limits. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEEPKPI MCP AND ITS OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” REVELATA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVELATA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE DEEPKPI MCP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVELATA’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE DEEPKPI MCP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID REVELATA FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US$100.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revelata and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the deepKPI MCP, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the deepKPI MCP at any time and may disconnect it through the applicable OpenAI Client. Revelata may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to maintain an eligible Revelata account, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, dispute, and general provisions—will survive.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the deepKPI MCP, and each party consents to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or applicable platform requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. General provisions

These Terms and the agreements expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement concerning the deepKPI MCP. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Revelata’s written consent; Revelata may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
